YOUR DATA IS YOURS
remembest is a personal memory tool. Your entries, photos, fitness logs, and thoughts are private by default. We do not share, sell, or provide access to your data to any third party — including governments and AI training systems.
WHAT WE STORE
Your account information (name, email), journal entries, fitness logs, food logs, brainstorm notes, and uploaded media. All data is stored on encrypted servers in the EU via Supabase PostgreSQL. Media files are stored via Vercel Blob.
VISIBILITY CONTROLS
Every entry defaults to private. You can choose to make individual entries visible to friends (accepted followers) or public (anyone). You control what gets shared. Fitness data, food logs, and brainstorm entries are always private.
NO TRACKING
We do not use analytics cookies, advertising trackers, or behavioral tracking. We collect only basic aggregate counts (total users, total entries) for operational purposes. No individual usage data is sold or shared.
AI USAGE
The food analysis feature uses Anthropic Claude to estimate nutritional content from text or photos. This data is sent to Anthropic for processing and is not stored by them beyond the API call. No other data is sent to AI services.
YOUR RIGHTS
You can export all your data at any time from Settings. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data. Deletion is immediate and irreversible — we do not retain backups of deleted accounts.
